The fulfillment center shares a household with a Shiba Inu, and while she is not allowed to come in contact with goods or packages, please keep this in consideration for those who are sensitive/allergic to dog fur.
USPS Shipping Upgrades
All orders are shipped out via USPS with tracking/uninsured. Buyers are encouraged to upgrade free shipping listings from First Class to Priority to ensure a more regular delivery timeline at $3+. If buyers wish to elect for insurance, please reach out with an inquiry so I can create a custom listing.
All orders that come with tracking that are labeled as DELIVERED IN/AT MAILBOX but are missing are no longer the responsibility of the seller. I will do my best to work with you on this, but I cannot reimburse/refund/etc issues caused by the shipping provider (USPS) except under extenuating circumstances.
